I AM EVANGELIST VICKIE CHINEY-SMITH aka THE PRAISE RAISER (EVCS). I am a licensed Evangelist; Public Relations Specialist in Sales, Marketing and Branding; Writer, Songwriter/Poet; Prayer Intercessor with the gift of helps and laying on of hands for miraculous deliverance and healing; Inspirational Speaker/Mentor/Teacher of God's Word; and Student of Theology in Apologetics (Liberty University). I facilitate the weekly MIDDAY WORD Bible Study/Spiritual Brunch every Tuesday @ 2pm CST on Divine Order Restoration Ministries International Facebook Live Stream, Apostle Derashay (founder), my mentor, with whom I co-authored with in "Influence 365" in which I contributed 3 devotions (my first published writings).
